Is Dragon Ball Super: Beerus a New Anime?

It is an “enhanced edition” of Dragon Ball Super. The story is reconstructed, the animation is updated, and the voices are newly recorded. It was made to celebrate Toei Animation’s 70th anniversary and Dragon Ball’s 40th anniversary. Think of it like Dragon Ball Z Kai — the same story, but better looking and tighter.
Where to Watch

- Crunchyroll — worldwide, from October 11
- Hulu — United States, from October 11
- Netflix — select regions from October 14, US from October 17
